    1970's Tonala Mexican Peasant Boho Hand Embroidered Roses Woman's Dress - Medium
    This authentic Mexican peasant style dress was made in Tonala, Mexico in the 1970's.  It's condition is excellent considering it has been stored in a dry, enclosed environment for many years.  I noticed a very slight yellowing around the neckline where the elastic is located but then, it may be the lighting in my house.  I'm pretty confident a cleaning would restore it to its original condition.
    The dress has "
    poufy
    " sleeves with elastic which is also around the neckline.  The embroidered design includes red roses and rose buds.
    The dress is NOT marked with a size since it was hand-made in Tonala, Mexico.  However, I would guess it's between a Small and Medium based on the measurements.
    Measurements are as follows {laying flat):
    Armpit to armpit - 22"
    Chest: 21"
    Waist: 20"
    Hips:  22"
    Length (from shoulder to hem): 47"
    It appears to be a mid-calf length which, of course, could be shortened.
