1976 Illinois Bicentennial 983317 vintage vehicle license plates pair #845-14

Thank you for viewing this item I have up for sale.
Both plates show signs of rusting on the bottom and backs One of the plates is bent in several places and has a crease on the right and both have dings on edges.  Some paint loss.
Condition is used - please see pics (a picture is worth a 1000 words).  For decoration purposes, I am unaware if you can use this plate in your region - Buy accordingly.
