Description

You are bidding on an M1909 Argentine sword bayonet and scabbard.
The bayonet is 20 ½ inches long with the blade being about 15 ¾ inches.
The bayonet is marked Weyersburg Kirschbaum & Cie. Solingen.
On the other side is marked Modelo Argentino 1909 with the crest and number H6094.
The blade is bright metal with some spotting and scratches.
There is dried grease on the blade.
The blade has the factory dull edge.
The grips are wood and there are scratches and dents, but are not cracked.
The scabbard is metal and the bluing has worn to bare metal with some light rust.
The scabbard is also marked with the serial number D3972.
The tip is marked RA.
The scabbard does have dents.
