ID'd US Army BDU Woodland Camouflage Uniform LTC Colonel ODS Desert Storm Vet

Up for sale is a BDU top from an Army Lieutenant Colonel who served from 1975 to 1998 and was a war plans officer with ARCENT during ODS. The ARCENT patch was originally missing, but I re-added it after obtaining his file. Please let me know if you would like a copy of what I was able to obtain through a FOIA request, and whether you'd like it to ship in a box as opposed to an envelope so it doesn't get crumpled.
