Lot of 12 hats. These are metallic gold in color, they are cellophane pillbox hat bases. Use Sobo or Alenes' tacky glue to glue glitter or cover the hat in fabric (you could wear it as is). The hat does not fit on a head, it has to be pinned on or you can use a hat fastner (looks like the rubberized cord that holds a mask on). The model is showing this hat after glitter has been applied. Use could be as a base for a fascinator or numerous other hat ideas. CBfrntflrcntr
