    New, Lot of 6 of these THEATRICAL red french schoolgirl Two sides of this hat are ever so slightly flattened. I don't know if this was intentional but all of them seem to have it. Still a cute hat and totally useable. You could get it to relax with a spray of water and a hair dryer if it was an issue for your use of the hat. The fabric is felt and there is a binding around the trim of the hat,Manufacturer is Jacobson hats (proudly made in the USA) The color of the hat on the model is yellow I do not have a catalog shot of the red. The size on the hat would fit  a  child (the model is about 4 years old)
