ORIGINAL WWI GERMAN NCO SWORD - MIT GOTT KAISER U REICH
.      Bought from local estate.
Approx 37" overall with a 32 1/4" long blade.    Blade with very light age and graying, no sharpening or nicks, double etched - etching a bit worn and tough to make out in spots,  has imperial eagles and eagle over "Mit Gott Kaiser u Reich" banner, excellent tip.   Patina hilt, sharkskin grips with no wire.  Scabbard shows paint wear, few dings and old patina.  Nice tight sword.
