    Description

    In this auction you will be bidding on an original issue rifle cleaning kit for the 1903 Springfield rifle. Used in excellent condition. This is also known as a barracks cleaning rod. The cloth bag there's no signs of mothing or tearing. Stitching is tight with some minor frayed ends. The brass rods show the correct dark patina and the aluminum handle shows approximately 20% of its original black paint. All threads are sharp and clean and the rod goes together easily.
