    This is about 1 1/4 inches Tall and about 1 1/2 inches Wide.  It has a green
    velvet top with almost like a napkin ring style bottom.

    This Listing has been Previously owned and
    Could Show Basic Marks which one would Expect from Used Items from this Time Period.  Had there been any Major Problems which I saw, I would have Listed it Above
